I have never practiced yoga before. Is it a problem?
It's not a problem. We'll practice according to your level. There is a wide variety of yoga poses and it's possible to create a class for everyone.
My doctor advised me to try yoga. Will it really help me?
Let's start the process of planning class. We'll ask you to fill in our questionnaire about the state of your health and give you feedback. Or, if it's needed, we could plan a consultation before class.
Do you have group online yoga classes in English?
No, at this moment we haven't. We plan them, though. You can send a request to us with a preferable schedule and we'll let you know when they are available.
I have some problems with my health. Can we discuss them before the first class?
Yes, of course, make a request for a private class, we'll send you a questionnaire about your health and agree on the time for consultation if it's needed.
How to prepare for the online class?
● Roll out your mat● Put on comfortable sports clothes. We practice barefoot.● Check out your camera and sound in advance. It's better to use the camera of a smartphone or tablet to get a vertical picture. I have to see you completely, from your fingers to your toes.● Yogic blocks and a strap will come in handy. Take them closer.● Relax. Everything is great.
